Refund Policy


Refund Policy – GoaDriver.com

At GoaDriver.com, we aim to provide reliable and hassle-free driver services. We understand that plans may change, and we’ve created a fair cancellation and refund policy to balance customer convenience with our driver’s time and commitment.


1. Cancellations by Customer

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled at least 2 hours before pickup time will not attract any charges.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to one hour’s service charge).
  • No-Show: If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time and location, the booking will be treated as “No-Show,” and the full minimum charge may apply.

2. Cancellations by GoaDriver.com

  • In rare cases (driver emergency, unforeseen circumstances), GoaDriver.com may cancel a booking.
  • Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if prepayment was made) will be issued.
  • We may also offer a replacement driver if available.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid bookings.
  • If a cancellation is made within the eligible time, the full prepaid amount will be refunded.
  • If charges apply (late cancellation/no-show), the balance amount (after deduction) will be refunded.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Service already availed or completed.
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (pickup location, timing, etc.) leading to failed service.
  • Misconduct or unlawful requests by the customer resulting in service refusal.
