Terms & Conditions – GoaDriver.com
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of driver hire services offered by GoaDriver.com. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
GoaDriver.com provides professional driver services for customers across North and South Goa, including airport transfers, outstation trips, hotel drops, and after-party rides. We do not own or operate vehicles; we only provide drivers for hire.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- A booking is confirmed only after acknowledgment from GoaDriver.com.
- Customers must provide accurate details (pickup location, time, destination, etc.).
3. Pricing & Payments
- Rates are transparent and hourly/fixed as communicated at booking.
- Any additional charges (tolls, parking, waiting time, extra hours, night charges) will be borne by the customer.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed method (cash, UPI, card, or online transfer).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations should be made at least 5 hours before pickup to avoid charges.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may attract a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure their vehicle is insured, in good condition, and roadworthy before handing it over to our driver.
- Customers are responsible for personal belongings in the vehicle. GoaDriver.com is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Customers must not request drivers to engage in illegal, unsafe, or unlawful activities.
6. Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers provided by GoaDriver.com are background-verified, trained, and professional.
- Drivers will operate vehicles responsibly and in compliance with traffic rules.
- Drivers are not permitted to consume alcohol or drugs while on duty.
7. Liability & Insurance
- GoaDriver.com acts only as a service provider for hiring drivers.
- The customer’s vehicle insurance must cover any accidents, damages, or liabilities during service.
- GoaDriver.com and its drivers will not be held liable for mechanical failures, pre-existing vehicle issues, or traffic delays.
8. Safety & Conduct
- For everyone’s safety, abusive behavior, harassment, or misbehavior with drivers will not be tolerated.
- GoaDriver.com reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the customer’s conduct is unsafe or unlawful.
9. Privacy & Data
- We collect and use customer details only for service purposes.
- Your data is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
- GoaDriver.com may update these Terms from time to time.
- Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
